All's well here at the Olberdings. Again it has been a while since we've been able to update the blog, but things are going well. Since our last posting, we've made it through Halloween (Elsie a bunny, Adeline a cheerleader, and the triplets were peas in a pod), Thanksgiving with all of the grandparents, and 2 Christmases, with one still to go. We've been fortunate to have avoided any major sicknesses, although we have had 2 separate bouts with ear infections. As anyone who has visited our house would know, we are firm believers in hand sanitizer.

As far as everyone goes, Elsie and Adeline are staying busy with swimming lessons, gymnastics, and dance. Adeline will be joining Elsie at the Montessori this upcoming January and is very excited to be a bigger girl, although if you'd ask her now, she is as big as it gets. She needs no help from no one. Christmas was good to the girls with dolls, clothes, and video games being delivered by Santa. This winter they have also had the priveledge of going sledding a time or two as well as building a family of seven snowmen, however, according to Elsie, it isn't our family, but a family with a bigger little boy.

The triplets are doing well. They are just shy of 9 months old. We are still waiting for their teeth to come through, but in time. Because of this, needless to say, we go through quite a few bibs every day. Sizewise, Louie has continued to outgrow his younger sisters. He weighs in at a tad over 20 pounds, while Greta and Agatha are both around the 15 pound mark. Some recent milestones include all three being able to sit up on their own and eating food. Louie, of course, loves to eat, while the two girls aren't as hip about it. And as of the past couple of days, Louie is happy to return a kiss or two, or suck on your face, however you want to describe it.

Overall, life has gotten a bit easier with the triplets. In regards to sleeping, Louie and Greta will both sleep through the night, around 10 hours. Agatha however, still feels the need to get up and eat a couple of times through the night, and b/c of this has become a bit of a chunk. They have all developed very distinctive personalities. Even Elsie and Adeline can identify the cry to the baby.

Hope all is well with everyone.
